Students of Richmond Park International School Tuzla continue to achieve outstanding successes at international competitions, showcasing the high quality of education and talent of young people from Tuzla. On this occasion, the Mayor of Tuzla, Dr. Zijad Lugavi\u0107, hosted a reception for the students today, congratulating them on their impressive achievements and dignified representation of our city and country.<\/p>\n

At the prestigious Vilnius International Project Olympiad (VILIPO) held in Lithuania, Richmond Park students won four gold medals. This competition promotes interdisciplinary knowledge, research work, and creative thinking, and is organized with the support of leading educational and scientific institutions in Lithuania. Students Damir Konji\u0107, Bakir Im\u0161irovi\u0107, Samir Hundur, and Vedad Beganovi\u0107 impressed the expert jury with their innovative projects, standing out in a strong international field.<\/p>\n

Remarkable success was also achieved at the Infomatrix international competition in Romania, where Samir Hundur and Vedad Beganovi\u0107 won bronze medals, and student Dino Pand\u017ei\u0107 was also awarded bronze for his project in the field of modern technologies.<\/p>\n

Additionally, distinguished students include Muhamed Numanovi\u0107, the high school valedictorian and the most successful physicist in Bosnia and Herzegovina, who is the only student in the country\u2019s history to qualify for the International Physics Olympiad every year throughout high school, and Kenan Softi\u0107, the elementary school valedictorian, who achieved the best mathematics results in the Tuzla Canton and was the only student from the canton to qualify for the Junior State Mathematics Olympiad.<\/p>\n

Mayor Dr. Zijad Lugavi\u0107 emphasized that these results not only confirm the quality of education but also highlight Tuzla as a city of knowledge, talent, and promising young people. He expressed pride in the dedication and hard work of the youth who represent their city and country with excellence on the international stage. He also stressed that such achievements demonstrate how investing in young talents yields tangible results, and that the City of Tuzla will continue to create opportunities and provide support for young people to achieve top results in the future.<\/p>\n

School Director Sadmir Deli\u0107 expressed gratitude to Mayor Lugavi\u0107 for his support and reception, noting that such recognition and engagement with local authorities further motivate students to pursue excellence going forward.<\/p>\n
